Job responsibility
1. Cooperate with the market research department to conduct market and industry research, competitive research and analysis, and consumer insights, sort out the brand status quo issues, develop a brand strategy, determine the short and long-term development direction of the brand strategy, and implanted in the minds of consumers through the means of communication, to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and loyalty.
2. According to the company's development strategy, establish and improve the brand management system, guide the brand's creativity and design, and grasp the development direction of the company's brand to ensure consistency with the company's planning.
3. According to the brand development strategy to build and continuously optimize the brand VI system, the brand operation data tracking, regular analysis of the operating effect and provide follow-up long-term operation program.
Job requirement
1. More than 8 years of brand work experience, bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, advertising planning, and other related majors, with mature brand management hands-on experience, or new consumer brand success stories are preferred;
2. Have resources such as stars, IPs, artists, head professionals, etc., or have experience in operating multiple stars and other resources and fan operation;
3. with perfect brand awareness, excellent creative innovation and copywriting skills, keen perception of communication hot spots, excellent expression and communication, and project management skills;
4. good communication skills, cooperative spirit, high sense of responsibility and stress resistance, able to adapt to the fast-changing market rhythm, able to lead the team to reach the goal together;
5. Love to think, keen sense of touch, understand both mature mother and baby consumer groups, but also understand the young consumers.
